Greystone and General Assembly have teamed up on an event series called “Tech and…” This month we will be focusing on food sustainability. By 2050, the world population is estimated to be at 10 billion. What effects will that have on our food systems? Driven as much by chefs and consumers as by technologists, the coming food revolution requires unique collaborations. We are at a time in our lives where we can use technology to optimize and manage traditional solutions. Getting the food from the farm, to the restaurant or store, and to people’s plates looks a lot different today than it did even a decade ago. Join us as our own CEO, Peter Melby, Rosenberg’s owner Josh Pollack, and founder of ToMarket.farm, David “Moose” Moosman, discuss the future of food and technology. RSVP here.
