These brief “interviews” begin by putting everyone’s name in a numbered list and a number randomizer is used to pick 3 “chosen ones” each month. No question – Oprah. The why is pretty obvious I would think. I mean, if I was Oprah, think of all the people I could hang out with. Hey, Bill Nye – want to go have lunch with me and Neil Degrasse Tyson? What about you, Obama? Happy Hour later? Lana Parrilla – What about a Spa Day in Bora Bora?
What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
I would tell my younger self to quit smoking, drink less soda, save more, travel more and wear more sunscreen.

Crab Cheese Wontons and/or Chunky Monkey.
What was your first job?
I worked behind the counter at an “I Can’t Believe It’s Yogurt”. I was 14 and I worked after school and on weekends.
What part of pop culture do you wish would just go away?
Anything Kardashian or Reality. Maybe Bieber as well. I feel old.

You didn’t specify living or dead so I’m going to go with dead… Genghis Khan… I’ve been reading a lot about him lately and I’d be fascinated to find out what a day in the life would look like. There’s very little known about the man but what was written by his enemies.
When in your life have you had a “now or never” moment?
When I decided to take a flying job in the Outback and not return to Canada. That was a big change in trajectory for me.
