“I recently went on an adventure down the Yampa River on a self-supportive Rafting Trip thru The Dinosaur National Monument. There were four of us in the group, each with our own raft. It was an incredibly exciting trip with both good and bad weather conditions, and with temperature ranging from the 20’s at night and up to the 50’s during the day. Since we are all experienced rafters, we were prepared for all circumstances. Those 6 days to complete the journey made for a great experience. In my opinion, one should never pass up a river trip when given the opportunity. The river offers a unique vantage point to see and experience the landscape in a one of a kind way.”
